THE MJOLNIR MAGAZINE CROWD DISCUSS PAGANISM WITH ASTRID THE RED

James from Mjolnir at the Movies takes the reins for this beer and mead-fueled discussion about Paganism, runes, beliefs and how they impact life, culture and a society as a whole. James, Neil, Hanna and I are joined for this discussion by our special guest for today, Astrid the Red, who brings with her not only insight into her life with these things and how it has been changed by it, but also gives her experience of life in Canada and how things have changed there too over time and in the hands of the current government. We look at the differences in the Abrahamic-Semitic outlook in contrast to the Pagan-European one and how the adoption of Semitic religions has directly led to the destruction of Nature. Please subscribe to James' and Astrid's channels for more interesting content. I personally do not endorse the esoteric Hitlerism Astrid is interested in, as, contrary to Miguel Serrano's assertions, Hitler was a Christian, something I will be exploring in later videos.

THE DESTRUCTION OF NOTRE DAME

While I am not a Christian, I appreciate church and cathedral art and architecture more than most, for I remember that while the religion is a foreign import that has been instrumental in crushing the soul of European Man, the aesthetics are indigenous to Europe and will be instrumental in its restoration. Unlike some Pagans I could mention, who in any case seem to love an even less European religion in Hindooism, I therefore have mixed feelings about the fire that has brought down the spire and roof of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. There are of course suspicions about whether the fire was started deliberately, and inevitably, we on the Right look towards those who have sought to invade and conquer Europe, whom our corrupt politicians and businessmen have now invited in willingly. Whether the incendiary is yet another Islamic atrocity is yet to be seen, and even if it is, it will probably be covered up by our equally corrupt journalists, who have become cowardly and perverse apologists for Muslim terrorists. After all, several French churches have 'accidentally' burned down in the past year, according to the press. What is clear though is that Muslims certainly see the destruction of Notre Dame as a source of amusement and joy:

POPE LIBELS PAGANS OVER PAEDOPHILE PRIESTS

I have many issues with Christianity. At base, it has a completely alien world view to the European logos. In some ways Protestantism is better than Roman Catholicism and vice-versa in Western Europe, always when the Semitic tradition is abandoned in favour of something more European. The Roman Catholic Church's obsession with celibacy has been particularly unnatural and it is no coincidence that the Church itself has become a hive for sexual delinquents who have practiced sexual abuse on our children. Not only this, but successive popes and their cardinals have conspired to cover up both individual cases and the sheer scale of systematic and institutionalised abuse of the most vulnerable members of society for whom the clergy had a duty of care. The abuse has also been an abuse of trust and power in which the clergy had been confided. Now, the current active pope Francis has been using the scandal to deflect blame onto 'Pagan practices' within the Church of Rome, which sounds suspiciously like Puritan rhetoric. So what is going on here?

JAMES FROM MJOLNIR AT THE MOVIES' DEMONSTRATION IN ARTS AND CRAFTS

Like any good Pagan, James (Bevel E on his Youtube channel), who is one third of the Mjolnir at the Movies crowd, believes in activity, as opposed to Christian passivity, and particularly in the divine activity of creation. Both his artisanry and Pagan religiosity are brought together in this short demonstration on creating a wooden runic pendant. The finished product is superb and James is far too modest for his own good in the video. Please subscribe to his channel, as he has a great sense of humour in his videos and I'm sure we can expect a lot more good stuff coming from him in the future.

NATURE: OUR ABANDONED RELIGION, A Video Series

As subscribers to my Youtube channel will know, over the past month, I have been making a series on Nature and our relation to it. I had originally planned to make only one video, but soon realised there were so many aspects that needed covering that it warranted a whole mini-series. In any case, the feedback from the videos I was getting was very positive and I had several requests for more in the same vein. The first video explores how the Left-Right political split in politics is congruent with the city-countryside split and how the bourgeois city-dwellers have manipulated semantics, whereby words relating to people from the country carry notions of stupidity. We look at the history of the 'progress' of the Left and how this has been responsible for the destruction of Nature in Europe, starting with the acceptance of Christianity.

THE WICKER MAN AND IMPLICIT WHITENESS

We are of course concerned here with the 1973 classic of British cinema and not the 2007 remake, which should never be mentioned by anyone ever again. In fact, the only noteworthy aspect of the remake was Nicolas Cage's performance, as only he had realised the film was a parody. The original was largely the vision of three men: writer Anthony Schaffer, producer Peter Snell and actor Christopher Lee, who clubbed together to buy the film rights from the author of the novel Ritual David Pinner. The three were joined by director Robin Hardy, who also had a hand in the film's writing. A self-proclaimed conservative, Lee often stated that it was the best film he ever acted in. It is also, sadly, a film of which we will never see the director's cut, for the film was cut short by fifteen to twenty minutes and the footage edited out lost. Lee always maintained that there was a film ten times better than the one shown in theatres, if only the cans of reel could be found. That said, some of the lost scenes have since been recovered, which certainly give more of an insight into the premise of the film.
