MJOLNIR AT THE MOVIES NOW SHOWING EPISODE 1 (and a small rant)

As Neil is absent, James and David discuss the latest goings on in the film world in this new format of Mjolnir at the Movies: 'Now Showing', with a look at the films just gone, the ones currently in the cinemas and the ones due for release, including the Tolkien biopic, Avengers: Endgame, Brightburn and the next wave of superhero films. We also look at independent film studios Dust and Celtic Films, the latter run by the director Michael Kingsbury. Kingsbury has made a trilogy of dramatic films about the Soviet gulag system: Gulag Vorkuta, Gulag Barashevo and Gulag Magadan and he does not avoid the JQ. Onto the rant: I am often accused of being hard on people in the nationalist movement, but do I ask so much of people? I ask nothing that takes much time nor effort nor will land anyone in prison. So many people like to blame the Jews and what they get up to for our downfall and talk about the Jewish Question. But the real question is why have we lazed around in apathy and watched it happen while they have been so industrious? Why do so many of our people sell out to them? People whine that the Jews have control of the media, and, generally speaking, this is true. The question is then why haven't we created our own media to rival theirs? Why are those who have created a response not being promoted by others who consider themselves nationalists? Is it so hard and does it take so much time to even share a speech or a podcast or an article on social media that one of us has made? How many of you have bothered to do so?

 

In the Mjolnir at the Movies podcast above, we mention and link to the channel of independent film director Michael Kingsbury, who has directed a trilogy of real dramatic films addressing the gulags, which do not shirk the JQ. He has fewer than 70 subscribers. This is a man who does not create mere "content" (i.e. talking heads videos and bad news porn, like the Aut Right) but culture. We know that Youtube and other platforms manipulate their figures to dishearten the content creators targetted. I have noticed that since yesterday, three subscribers have been unsubscribed. But this is only part of the story; why is he not being promoted by the people his dramatic films serve? Why are the loudest shouters in the movement who constantly bemoan our plight not shouting to tell others about the people who are trying to do some good? Why do I only see links to the latest mainstream bad news porn?

 

A few seconds is all it takes to make a difference. If everyone took just a few seconds to do the most basic things and subscribe and share on Facebook or on their Gab, VK, or Twitter accounts, or share a link on Voat or other platforms, we might just get somewhere in the media battle.
