THE CLOWN WORLD ABSURDITY

Upon seeing the title of this article, the reader might fall into the trap of thinking that this is yet another analysis, of which there are many, of how stupid our politicians are, of what foolish decisions they make and of how ridiculous our world has become. Such a reader, however, would be very wrong. Not that I couldn’t knock up an article or even a book in the vein of a Peter Hitchens or a Douglas Murray or any other neo-con or Aut-Righter, in which I mocked and scoffed at our contemporary society. Indeed, in the case of the two names I have mentioned, I could just as easily avoid the real issues and point to facile impersonal scapegoats like drugs and pornography. Well, drugs and pornography do not manufacture themselves. Such neo-cons and Aut Righters came up with a blanket term some seven or eight years ago, which I am happy to see is slowly falling out of usage, that of the clown world.

This article is the reverse: I, from the beginning, criticised those talking heads who used it, for it gave a false sense of how the system and its operators worked. The clown world gives an impression that the world is such because it is being run by clowns, when nothing could be farther from the truth. Yet the fact that the talking heads on the Aut Right generally believe that those in power are somehow bumbling fools who stumble into making policy shows both that the politicians have a certain flair for the theatrical, but also that those Aut Righters are either just as fake, else the real fools.

To give a real example, in one of his podcasts, a certain notorious Aut Right grifter who has created a Yuletide niche for himself claimed that our politicians are not willfully evil, that they do things mistakenly believing that they are doing good. He even went so far as to claim this of Stalin. Again, this is the claim that “they know not what they do” and that they stumble into evil by tripping over their oversized clown shoes. Stalin knew perfectly was he was doing when he victimised his own son Yakov throughout his life, which ended when his father left him to rot in a Nazi concentration camp, despite offers to exchange him for a German general.

Thus it ought to come as no surprise when one reads of the constant executions and replacements of one-time friends in the Politburo, and the mass murder of dekulakisation and the forced famines of the Russian and Ukrainian peasantry. These are not accidents, and neither are they comical. These are matters of deliberate and considered policy. They may well be the result of the adherence to absurd and unworkable theory, but not for the reason the talking heads claim. The theory is not absurd and unworkable because it was written by clowns, but by psychopaths, who know already that it is absurd and unworkable even as they put pen to paper, and that it will result in mass murder and even genocide.

And thus when we return home and to the present day, and we view the politicians portrayed as incompetents and semi-morons by the media and by the establishment-approved alleged dissidents, one ought to smell a rat. Certainly, the politicians play this buffoonish role consummately, for one has to in a liberal democracy, where one has to at least pay lip service to fooling the masses. But as we march on towards authoritarian oligarchy, the mask slips ever farther. The Boris Johnsons and Keir Starmers break character ever more frequently and reveal themselves not as buffoons, but as bullies.

This winter around 25,000 elderly persons will die because of a lack of adequate heating in the United Kingdom. This is generally a result of poverty. That is not speculation; that is quoting official statistics. The real figure is therefore probably much higher. When Keir Starmer robbed our elderly of their £300 annual heating allowance in July of 2024, he was doing so in full knowledge of those figures. By contrast, the boat people turning up on our shores have food and heating in abundance, as well as however much pocket money it is they receive, for government websites are very firm on how much money it isn’t to dismiss critics, but very illusive about revealing how much it is.

Yet we know that £4.3 billion was spent on these boat people in 2023, and that £1.3 billion was saved on the winter fuel allowance in 2024, at the expense of the lives of our native elderly, which shows the Great Replacement is not conspiracy theory but conspiracy fact. Anyone who speaks out about such matters can expect a visit from a free-range soy-fed special thought-constable, who will not commit himself to telling the person whether a crime has been committed or not, but will assure the maybe-offender that things may be taken farther if he does not cooperate — although this ought to demonstrate in concrete terms that the irony is that the Great Replacement is being policed even as it is denied. Neither is the Great Replacement an accident caused by bumbling clowns, for accidents do not necessitate the arrest and imprisonment of political dissidents. As with dekulakisation in the Soviet Union of decades past, the impoverishment, deaths, arrests and imprisonments in the present-day United Kingdom are not accidents but policy.
